Chrissy Guest is an experienced tv and film producer. She serves as Program Director, Television, Film, & Digital Media and Associate Professor, Media Arts, Sciences, and Studies Department at Roy H. Park School of Communications at Ithaca College.
Florian Reimann
CEO, Yamdu
Yamdu CEO, Florian Reimann, is an accomplished producer in the European film industry. Florian has worked on a diverse range of film, TV, commercial, and documentary projects, earning him numerous accolades and deepening his expertise on all levels of the entertainment industry. Throughout his career, Florian has gained knowledge in almost all stages of media creation, from devleopment and financing to physical production to distribution. After recognizing the need to digitize media production processes, he ventured to IT to improve pre-production workflows for various media projects with Yamdu. In addition, Florian is project manager for the MEDIA Carbon Calculator, a CO2e calculator tool for the audiovisual industry, which the Yamdu team is developing on behalf of the European Commission. As a result of his contributions to the industry, Florian has gained recognition as a guest speaker. He has provided valuable insights on data consolidation, project management, and workflow optimization, which are crucial aspects of the film production process. Florian is a member of the HPA Hollywood Professional Association and with Yamdu he is also participating in the MovieLabs Industry Forum - Hollywood's leading workflow think tank.
About John Trefry and Ramfis Myrthil
John Trefry and Ramfis Myrthil are award-winning producers with deep experience helping filmmakers move projects from script to screen across short films, features, television, festivals, and distribution. John is the founder of 4WT Media, where he has produced work across film, television, documentary, and branded content, with projects screening at more than 100 festivals worldwide, including SXSW, Tribeca, and Raindance. He recently served as Co-Executive Producer on My Killer Father: The Green Hollow Murders for Paramount+. Ramfis is the founder of Ramfis Productions, with credits including Cicada, acquired by Strand Releasing, and A Boy, A Girl, and A Dream, acquired by Samuel Goldwyn Films. He also helped guide Ricky from Sundance short to Sundance feature to theatrical distribution, reflecting the exact short-to-feature pathway this mentorship is designed to support. Together, John and Ramfis help filmmakers turn standout short scripts into production-ready film packages with the strategy, clarity, and execution needed to create opportunities beyond the page.
