Technical Support for Final Draft v.6 Has Been Discontinued

Due to its advanced age and increasing incompatibility with current operating systems, all live technical support for Final Draft v.6, including phone, email, chat support -- and authorizations -- has been discontinued.

Users of v.6 will still be able to find solutions in this knowledge base, in the interactive troubleshooter and in the PDF User Guide in the Final Draft folder on the hard drive. V.6 can always be run in full mode if the FD6 CD is in the drive when the program is launched. Once the program is open the CD can be removed.

Many technical issues can be resolved easily by updating to the latest version of Final Draft or Final Draft AV.  Before contacting technical support, check to make sure that you are using the latest version of our software.    How to check
