Technical support, including help with activation/deactivation, is available only for registered users of Final Draft v.7 / 8 and Final Draft AV2.5.

NOTE:  Due to advanced age and incompatibility with current operating systems, all technical support for Final Draft v.6 and older has been discontinued.

Users of v.6 will still be able to find solutions in the online knowledge base and in the PDF manual in the Final Draft folder on the hard drive. V.6 can always be run in full mode if the CD is in the drive when the program is launched. Once the program is open the CD can be removed.
