Technical support, including help with activation/deactivation, is available only for registered users of Final Draft version 7 / 8 and Final Draft AV 2.5.

NOTE:  Due to advanced age and incompatibility with current operating systems, all technical support for Final Draft version 6 and older has been discontinued.

Users of version 6 will still be able to find solutions in the online knowledge base and in the PDF manual in the Final Draft folder on the hard drive. Version 6 can always be run in full mode if the CD is in the drive when the program is launched. Once the program is open the CD can be removed.
