Important: You must be a registered user of Final Draft v.8 / 7, a Final Draft Mobile application or Final Draft AV 2.5 to access e-mail support. If you have not yet registered your Customer Number, go to the Support > Customer Service section of our website and complete the online registration.

and earlier are no longer supported.

Live technical support for older versions of our software has been discontinued and users of these programs will NOT be able to get help via this email service. Instead, there are solutions in our online FAQ pages, in the interactive troubleshooter and in the PDF User Guides that shipped with the software.
