Registered users of Final Draft 7 and AV may use this email service for assistance with software activation. Live technical support (email, chat, phone) for these programs has been discontinued. Support options for Final Draft 7 users are HERE.

the online registration.

Final Draft 6 and earlier & Final Draft AV are no longer supported.

Live customer support for older versions of our software has been discontinued and users of these programs will NOT be able to get help via this chat service. Instead, there are solutions in our online FAQ pages, in the interactive troubleshooter and in the PDF User Guides that shipped with the software.
