  Provide Proof of Status with your order:
To qualify for the discount, submit a copy of one of the following along with your completed order form: 		 
   
  • Guild Members need to provide a valid membership ID card.
  • Industry Employees and Companies need to provide a valid ID card, letter of employment on company letterhead or a copy of a recent pay stub.
