Troubleshoot the most common issues:

Email Support

Registered users of Final Draft 13 / 12 / 11 / 10 or a Final Draft iOS application (such as FD Go) can get support questions answered by a Final Draft technician by email.
  • For versions 10-12, you have not yet registered, click here to register.
  • Final Draft 13 and FD Go users have been registered automatically.
  • Don’t have your customer number on hand? Retrieve your number here.
  • Final Draft 9 and earlier are no longer supported. Older user manuals can be found here.
Name & Email Address must match your customer registration.
 
Describe your situation with as much detail as you have available, so that we can resolve it as quickly as possible. Helpful information to provide would include:
  • The exact text of any error message you receive
  • When the problem started
  • The exact steps you took or can take to produce the problem
  • Whether the problem occurs with one specific script or more than one
  • Whether the problem occurs on one specific computer or more than one
