Software Returns
For customers who purchased Final Draft software products directly
from us, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase.
Final Draft, Inc. will refund the purchase price after verification
that all activations have been removed from any computers on which
Final Draft has been installed. There will be no refund issued until
all activations have been returned to the license account on our
server.

Webinars Return Policy and Viewing Window
Access to Webinars are sold as limited-time non-exclusive viewing rights. Webinars may be viewed immediately after access to them is purchased. For this reason Final Draft, Inc. cannot accept returns on Webinar purchases. If you have comments or concerns regarding your Webinar purchase, or If you experience technical problems accessing a video or using the item, we're happy to help you troubleshoot the problem. Contact webinars@finaldraft.com for assistance. Webinars will continue to be available to you to view as a streaming video but may become unavailable due to potential content provider licensing restrictions and for other reasons, and Final Draft, Inc. will not be liable to you if purchased access to a Webinar becomes unavailable for further streaming 60 days after the access purchase date.
Third-Party Vendors
If Final Draft or AV 2 is purchased from a source other than Final
Draft, Inc., directly, [i.e. The Writers Store, Amazon.com, a university
bookstore, etc.], you must return the software to that reseller
per their return policy.
Once the software has been returned, no activations, updates, upgrades
or customer support will be provided.
Customer Support Calls
If you feel that you were unfairly charged for a call to our customer
support service, we're open to hearing your side of the dispute.
You have 60 days from the date
of the phone call to submit a refund request. No refunds will be
issued after 60 days.
