Final Draft™ Hosts Annual Party
Oliver Stone to Receive Hall of Fame Award plus Top Three Big Break Winners to be Announced
Aug. 24, 2007-(Calabasas, CA)- Final Draft, Inc., publisher of Final Draft®, the #1-selling scriptwriting software, will be hosting its annual party in Hollywood, CA where Oliver Stone will be awarded the 3rd annual Hall of Fame Award. This award is given by Final Draft to entertainment industry luminaries who foster the art of scriptwriting and nurture and inspire the creative process.

Final Draft will also honor the top three winners from the 8th annual Big Break International Screenwriting Contest. Big Break is an annual, global screenwriting contest designed to support emerging creative talent. Big Break rewards screenwriters with over $30,000 in cash and prizes and A-list executive meetings. Winners and finalists alike have had their screenplays optioned and produced and have secured high-profile representation as well as lucrative writing deals.

The event will take place on October 4th at the Montmartre Lounge in Hollywood, CA from 7-11PM. In attendance will be industry professionals and VIP guests, plus the Top three winners of the Big Break International Screenwriting Contest will be flown in for the event where the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners will be revealed for the first time.
