On the Scene
On the Scene is a gallery of photos exhibiting the interaction of Final Draft, Inc. staff members with the scriptwriting community.

Final Draft, Inc. is a proud sponsor of the Writers Boot Camp Fellowship, an opportunity that provides education for writers of all experience levels looking to elevate their material, skill set, and craft level.  Each month, Writers Boot Camp awards three $5,000 scholarships in the following areas: feature film, television pilot, and one in the category of diversity or inspired project or individual.

Writers who are selected to become fellows receive 12 months of individual coursework, twice-weekly instructor interaction, and Final Draft screenwriting software, as well as learning the Tools and process to elevate their projects. Fellows will also compete for a development deal with Writers Boot Camp Productions and/or a studio, network or independent producer. Categories change each month.

Currently at the halfway mark of its inaugural year, the Writers Boot Camp has thus far awarded the following writers fellowships for the 2009/2010 program:
