On the Scene is a gallery of photos exhibiting the interaction of Final Draft, Inc. staff members with the scriptwriting community.

Final Draft, Inc. is proud to have sponsored the 2009 Los Angeles Latino International Film Festival founded by Edward James Olmos, Marlene Dermer, and George Hernández. LALIFF supports the development and exhibition of Latino filmmakers and promotes the diversity of Latin cultures and artistry through film. Over 10,000 people attended the festival including celebrities such as Eva Langoria, Francesco Quinn, and Jimmy Smits.

This year’s top winners at LALIFF included Best Film and Audience Awards for Anita, directed by Marcos Carnevale and Best Screenplay for Morenita, written and directed by Alan Jonsson Gavica, and written by Jonsson Gavica and Annabel Oakes.
