On the Scene is a gallery of photos exhibiting the interaction of Final Draft, Inc. staff members with the scriptwriting community.

Final Draft, Inc. hosted its Take A Meeting event in Los Angeles on September 6-7, 2008.  Participating screenwriters were given 15 minutes of one-on-one time to meet with studio executives and present their ideas. Attending writers received invaluable feedback, career advice, and were able to establish industry contacts.  Participants were offered the added benefit of letting Final Draft, Inc. staff assist with their executive selection.  Savvy participants personalized their meetings by answering a few simple questions on the online registration to the event while Final Draft, Inc. created the optimal executive match, providing unparalleled time, value, professional ambience, and positive results.  Topping off the event were presentations by inspirational industry speakers and mentors.
