2008 Script PIMP Competition, July 2008
Hollywood, CA

Final Draft, Inc. sponsored the 2008 Script Pipeline Into Motion Pictures (PIMP) Competition. This competition aims to bring light to undiscovered writers and their work. The 20 finalists and the 4 grand prize winners were awarded cash prizes and industry gifts, as well as circulation and publicity within the film industry. This year’s grand prize winners were Evan Daughtery’ Shrapnel , Sharon Clark’s A Mate for Lonesome George, Christian Heinze’s A Revolution, and Hilary Weisman Graham’s Freebird.
