Supported by Final Draft, Inc., the Toronto Film Challenge wrapped up its summer 48-hour Film Challenge July 4th at the Bloor Cinema with over $12,000 in prizes being awarded to the winners. Over 250 filmmakers came out to make a short film in only 48-hours. Best Picture award went to Bride to be... Delivered, created by Mark Driver, Zai Toussaint, Vanessa Rodrigues, Braden Klassen, Kevin Weber, Eric Wheatley, Jarod Preston, Helen Thach and Rick Jones. Best Screenplay went to AD/BC, created by Richard Rotter, Matthew Taylor, Adam Rodness, Ryan Hollyman, Lauren Lipson and Amber Harper-Young. |
