MARC MADNICK

Marc Madnick is the co-founder and has served as the chief executive officer of Final Draft, Inc. since 1991. A Philadelphia native, Madnick graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance in 1986. He spent his first few years in Hollywood working as a production accountant on films such as Back to the Future Part II and Part III. A produced playwright, Madnick recently saw his musical, Liberty Smith (book and original story), premiere at the historic Washington D.C. Ford’s Theatre in the spring of 2011. His other pursuits include owning thoroughbred racehorses -- most notably Singletary, winner of the 2004 Breeders' Cup Mile – and adventure travel, having made annual trips for the past 15 years to such exotic locales as Morocco, Mount Kilimanjaro, Peru and Thailand. Now residing in Westlake Village, California, he is the father of two teenage sons.
AL BELMONT
Chief Financial Officer
Final Draft, Inc.
Al Belmont is the Chief Financial Officer of Final Draft, Inc., a position he has held for the last nine years. His responsibilities encompass all financial matters as well as corporate accounting, manufacturing, administration, and human resources. He has supervised and guided the sales, accounting, and inventory systems through three successful implementations of upgraded financial systems. Previously Belmont was owner of an entertainment film production company. Prior to that, he was a production accountant within the Hollywood studios and production companies working on numerous major films and television shows. Belmont has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. When not working, Belmont enjoys traveling with friends.
YAN VINTERFELD
Chief Operations Officer
Final Draft, Inc.
A native of Russia, Yan Vinterfeld moved to the United States at a young age, settling in Los Angeles during his teens. Vinterfeld is the recipient of dual bachelor degrees in law and business from the University of Southern California. He joined Final Draft, Inc. in 1997 and is responsible for all of the company’s product production, infrastructure, and communications systems. He manages all the day-to-day operations for CEO, co-founder, and president Marc Madnick. Prior to joining Final Draft in 1997, Vinterfeld ran his own business, producing fashion catalogues from concept to distribution.
JOSH C. KLINE
Chief Strategy Officer
Final Draft, Inc.
Josh is the CSO of Final Draft, Inc., where he is responsible for mapping the company's go-forward strategy. He also directly manages Final Draft Connect, the company's cloud services platform. After a decade working in film and television production, Josh has spent the last 13+ years building new businesses in Digital Media, with a focus on content production and distribution. Josh co-founded and led Sample Digital, Inc. as CEO, where he oversaw development of, patented and brought to market Digital Dailies®, revolutionizing the review and approval of production media in the film and television industry. Josh left Sample Digital to run Secure Path Technology, a cloud-based content identification and metadata services company, followed by a role in Strategic Business Development at Deluxe Digital Distribution. Josh is an alumnus of USC’s School of Planning & Development.
JOEL LEVIN
Vice President of Technical Support
Final Draft, Inc.
Before receiving his Master of Fine Arts from the School of Cinema-Television at the University of Southern California, Joel Levin was an assistant cameraman in New York. During and after USC, he worked in feature film and television development at Jersey Films, The Family Channel, MTM, Nickelodeon Movies, and Alliance-Atlantis Television. He has also worked at a literary agency and as a script reader. Levin has headed the technical support department since 2004 and has been with Final Draft, Inc. since 1999. When not in the office, he provides technical support to his wife and two young daughters.
SCOTT MCMENAMIN
Vice President of Sales
Final Draft, Inc.
After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of
California, Los Angeles, Scott McMenamin began a successful career
in the management of sales and client relations. Since 2000,
McMenamin has held various positions within the accounting and
sales departments at Final Draft, Inc. In his current position,
McMenamin uses his 10 years of experience to oversee the expansion
of the consumer retail channel worldwide and the professional
and educational sales divisions. Along with his position
at Final Draft, Scott is a husband and a father who enjoys sporting
events, surfing, and down time with his family and
friends.
